When a woman is approaching peri-menopause and or maybe already experiencing the first symptoms, she will generally turn to other women for advice. Women on online forums, girlfriends and female family members are all great resources to learn from and share with. But the medical community is understanding menopause from cause, to symptoms, to treatments to long-term impact better everyday. At some point you will probably find yourself looking for more solid and up to date information, to consume at your own convenience. Lucky for us, recently there have been some excellent books written on every that menopause involves. We rounded up our favorite eight books that look at Menopause from different angels - science, history, humour and even drawing!
